I’ve had a great experience so far living here. The staff is extremely friendly. And the grounds are always kept extremely clean. The engineers are very responsive and fix things as soon as possible. I would for sure recommend to friends this apartment complex.

This is my first time writing a review. My roommate and I enjoyed living there, nice area, warm building, excellent access to UCLA and all the local malls. Management on site is always open to my maintenance requests and the maintenance staff was very professional. They did change their maintenance man but the new guy is ok he did a fairly good job of keeping me happy. Never had anything packages stolen here unlike the other place where I lived.

The building is always kept clean and I rarely heard any noise from other tenants. All in all, a GREAT experience, I would have stayed longer but I've graduated and I’m moving to downtown. Thanks guys for the great 1 year at the Meridian!

I've been here and almost 3 years now and it has been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept and clean. I was worried that being so close to the pool area that I would hear a lot of noise but it is pretty mellow even on the summer weekends. Whenever there is need for a repair it's often done ASAP, sometimes within an hour.

I've lived here for over five years and have always been satisfied with management's attentiveness to the residents and attention to making sure everything runs smoothly. I am very comfortable here and love my apartment and the pool and outdoor space.

I've lived in this apartment complex for almost 3 years before moving out for personal reasons. The property manager and maintenance personnel have both been absolutely wonderful. They are professional, helpful, respectful, and definitely attentive to details. Service requests were handled promptly with a sense of urgency no matter what it was. This complex has been very well kept with scheduled routine maintenance including pest-control, gardening, and pool-bbq courtyard cleaning.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to someone who's looking for a place call home for the exceptional team of staff and beautiful environment!

I've been living at this complex since 2008. It's gone through a couple management changes, but the current group has done a great job of not only upgrading the exterior and interior of the community to create a warm community feel. The upkeep has generally been good as well.

I love the building and amenities, a gym would be awesome to have, I hope we can have one soon. The management is very friendly and is always open to comments. I feel very very safe in here with the 24/7 video cameras.

The Meridian is a great place to live; very clean, reasonably priced, renovated apartments. The pool, hot tub and barbeque area were all a plus in helping me select this apartment, as well as the porch. The location is also ideal and only 3 miles from the Culver City station.

Easy move-in experience, very friendly and helpful staff, complex seems safe and quiet, community is well-maintained, nice communal amenities, easy parking, and well -insulated neighboring walls.. I would recommend this complex.
